Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Analyticsal.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” or “We”) or by using our services, you declare that you accept all provisions of the following Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Analyticsal.com. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Site and do not complete the membership process.

1. Parties and Scope

  • Parties: This Agreement is entered into between Analyticsal (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Company,” or “Analyticsal”), the owner of Analyticsal.com, and natural or legal persons who become members of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Member,” “You,” or “User”).
  • Scope: This Agreement governs access to, use of, and membership conditions for the data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided through the Site.

2. Membership and Registration

  • Membership begins upon the complete and accurate completion of the registration form provided on the Site. The information you provide during registration (name, surname, email address, etc.) must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information, your account may be suspended or canceled.
  • Membership is free; however, some premium Services may require a paid subscription. Details of paid subscriptions are governed by a separate Subscription Agreement.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your passwords and prevent unauthorized access to your account. In case of any suspicion, immediately notify us at info@analyticsal.com.

3. Use of Services

  • Services may only be used for legal and ethical purposes. Data analytics tools must be used in compliance with privacy laws (such as KVKK and GDPR).
  • You undertake not to infringe third-party rights (copyright, trade secrets, etc.) while using the Services for commercial or personal purposes.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

4. User Content and License

  • The data or content you upload to the Site (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”) is your responsibility. This content may be processed by Analyticsal for the functionality of the Services but will not be used for commercial purposes.
  • By uploading User Content, you grant Analyticsal a limited, irrevocable, worldwide license. This license is used solely to provide and improve the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights (copyright, patents, trademarks, etc.) in the Site and Services belong to Analyticsal. You may not copy, distribute, or derive from these rights without a license.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with Analyticsal’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
  • We take reasonable measures to ensure data security; however, data transmission over the internet carries risks, which you accept.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is.” Analyticsal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit, data loss, etc.).
  • Our total liability is limited to the refund of fees paid.

8. Termination of the Agreement

  • You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying us at info@analyticsal.com.
  • Analyticsal may terminate the membership immediately in case of breach (illegal use, false information, etc.).
  • Upon termination, access to your account will be cut off, and User Content may be deleted.

9. Changes

  • We may update this Agreement. Changes become effective after publication on the Site. Your continued use indicates acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
